Caitlin Clark to release children's book in November

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark will publish a children's picture book titled "EXTRAordinary! A Little EXTRA to Reach BIG Dreams" through Random House Books in November. The project features illustrations by Adriana Predoi. Clark announced the cover art and opened preorders on social media.

The book draws on an inscription that hung in Clark's childhood bedroom: "The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is the little EXTRA." Clark stated that the people who supported her basketball journey also shaped the project. She said she hopes the book will remind children they are not alone when pursuing their goals.

Clark, the NCAA's all-time leading scorer, has faced multiple injuries. A groin strain and ankle bone bruise limited her to 13 games in the 2025 WNBA season. She appeared in four of the Fever's first five games this season before being ruled out of a match against Portland.

Preorders are available now. The book is scheduled for release in November.
